Afro-Caribbean Fusion
A musical union born in Barcelona, where Puerto Rican bomba, along with its barrels and voices, expands to fuse colors and flavors from other Afro-Caribbean sounds. Bomba is an Afro-descendant genre born on the coasts of Puerto Rico in the 16th century. Today, it also resonates in Barcelona.
Marina Molina will bring traditional songs and original compositions to be performed with both typical and atypical folkloric instruments, making the Caribbean cross borders to the rhythm of Puerto Rican bomba.
