An evening of musical excellence
Maria Florea, Claudia Farrés, Noemí Fúnez, and Laura Peribañez invite us to experience a passionate, sensitive, and personal journey in such a welcoming and iconic venue as L'Auditori.
The program aims to give a voice to female composers and bring them to the forefront, creating the space they often lack to be performed. The repertoire includes, among other works, Streichquartett Es-Dur by Fanny Mendelssohn, an example of a great composer who, overshadowed by her famous brother and constrained by the restrictions of her time on women, was silenced and forgotten.
